spaghetti with garlic and oil

This is the most simplest and most satisfying pasta dishes of all.Its is very popular throughtout Italy.Use the best quality oil available for this spelended dish.

serves 4 
400g/14oz spaghetti
90ml/6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
3 garlic cloves,chopped
600ml/4tbsp chopped fresh parsley
salt and ground blackpaper
freshly granted Parmesan cheese

first step :
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salt water.

second step :
In a large frying pan heat the oil and gently the garlic until barely golden.
Do not let it brown or it will taste bitter.
Stir in the chopped fresh  parsley,then season with salt and pepper.
Remove from the heat until the pasta is ready.

third step :
Drain the pasta when it is barely al dente.Tips it into the pan with the
oil and garlic,and cook together for 2-3 min,stirring well to coat the spaghetti with sauce.
serve at once in a warm serving bowl,with some Parmesan cheese,if desire.

TRY lah eyh korang,sedap..ni je recipe yang paling mudah kalu nak makan speghetti nih..Btw, garlic nih ntok kua kan angin dalam badan kowang and dapat lupa kan seseorang or everything yg kowang nak lupa kan..
nih kaedah aku nak  lupa kan SIDIA..
berhasil kau taw..patuh angin jea yang kua..kahkahk.
